70 goals in 7 days challenge – the results
The goal categories that I focused on with this challenge were:
- Business
- Relationship
- Contribution
- Health, Fitness and Diet
Business Goals – A summary of the goals I achieved are:
- 7 video blogs on YouTube – check out my new YouTube channel
- 5 new blogs on my website and coming up with 10 future blog posts
- A number of useful online course completed – check out Udemy
- Creating a freebie for my website and creating a landing page
- Reading chapters from Unleash the Giant Within and The Secret
- Vision board – I downloaded this from Jack Canfield’s website and now it is the background on my IPhone
- Decided on a topic for my new personal development book
- Scheduling facebook posts
- Joining the Life Coach directory
- Booked to attend a women’s networking event
Relationship Goals – A summary of the goals I achieved are:
- Booked a fabulous restaurant I have always wanted to go to
- Organized a “date night”, champagne at the Ritz followed by dinner at one of my husband’s favourite restaurants
- Booked to stay in a lovely hotel in May
- Booked a flight to somewhere I have never been before, so we are off to San Sebastian in September
- Booked to climb to the top of The Monument in London together
Contributions Goals – A summary of the goals I achieved are:
- Completed random acts of kindness every day. This is a lovely goal that really makes you think about how you can help people and do something good every day
- Donated clothes to charity.
- Signed up for a charity event call “The Big Sleep Out’, this involves sleeping out on the streets of London in support of the Big Issue
Health – Fitness and Diet – A summary of the goals I achieved are:
- 140 minutes mediation
- Ran 19km
- 1.5 hours of walking
- 25 minutes of high intensity interval training
- Yoga
- 50 sit ups, press ups and squats
- 2 days juice detox (following Jason Vale’s plan)
This isn’t even all the goals that I achieved this week! As a Life Coach, I like to practice what I preach. Hopefully this just goes to show what can be achieved in just one week.
What Have I Learned This Week?
It got me thinking that imagine if I kept this going… I could achieve a lot!
