Why should you take part in the Make It Happen March Challenge?
This challenge is especially for you if you actually are a goal-digger in your career (for example) but you feel like you’re sacrificing something else: your health, your love life, your spiritual growth? You don’t have to sacrifice any area in your life! You can have it all, the career and a strong, energetic body or the fulfilling love life! Join my 31 day challenge where I am with you all the way, giving you support and accountability and you get to join an awesome community of other kickass women.
Everyone starts a new year with the best intentions, 2017 is going to be MY year. I am going to get fitter, healthier and have more fun. But as the year start to progress, motivation becomes more and more of a struggle. At the end of March we will be a quarter of the way through 2017. If you could go back to the beginning of the year and you could ask yourself “where do I want to be in 3 months time?” What would you have said?
If you are not going to be where you want to be then I have the solution for you. I am organising a Make It Happen March Challenge. It will only cost you £31 for 31 days. And if you are willing to put the effort in and follow the instructions you can achieve so much in those 31 days.
The first step is to complete a life assessment questionnaire. Don’t worry this is nothing scary, it is just your opportunity to measure each area of your life by putting a number 1 to 10 against each area depending on how satisfied you are.
From here you will set your own goals relevant to your life. These goals need to be specific, measurable and timely. For example, I really want to focus on my diet and fitness in March. So the specific goals I am setting myself include:
- Walking at least 10000 steps per day.
- Completing at least 3 high intensity interval trainings per week.
- At least one press up per day – the idea behind this is once you do one you will end up doing more than one, so I am intrigued to see how many I will be able to do by the end of the month.
- Complete one run of at least 5 miles per week
- Attending a wellness retreat for 7 days
- Become a vegetarian for at least a week
- Make my healthy lunch at least 5 times a week
Once you sign up for the challenge and complete your goals sheet you will be invited to join a members only Facebook group. You then take a photo of your goals and share it with the group. The group will hold you accountable to support and encourage you to do what you say you are going to do.
There will also be a daily email from me with actions you have to take. For example, send me 3 things you are going to do towards your goals today or I will ask you to post them in the facebook group. I will also be sending you tips and motivational stories to keep you on track. At the end of every week in the challenge you will complete a self assessment of the previous week and also write out your plans for the following week.
If you are feeling a bit stuck then this is exactly what you need to kick your butt into action. Remember that nothing changes if nothing changes.
As I said, this challenge is £31 for 31 days and will be worth every penny if you are willing to put in the effort.
